This wasn't a sponsorship. It was an architecture test. Tripy built and deployed the official event app, the speaker matching engine, the attendee networking system, and the real-time logistics layer — and all of it ran on the same Atlas brain that powers Tripy's consumer travel platform.
One AI Brain, Two Use Cases
Most event tech platforms are built for events. Most travel apps are built for travel. Tripy is the first system designed so that the same underlying intelligence handles both. Why? Tripy's WTS deployment connected travel logistics, hotel coordination, session scheduling, and on-site networking into one continuous user experience. Networking Intelligence That Actually Works
The most-used feature at WTS wasn't the agenda. It was Tripy's networking intelligence — an AI matching system that paired attendees based on declared interests, public bio data, session attendance overlap, and real-time location signals at the venue.
Over the four days, attendees received an average of 7.2 high-quality match recommendations each. Match-to-message conversion ran at 41 percent, more than triple the industry benchmark for event networking apps. Match-to-meeting conversion landed at 18 percent — meaning nearly one in five recommended introductions actually became a face-to-face conversation.

Real-Time Logistics Without Manual Ops
Behind the scenes, AOS — Tripy's Agentic Operating System — handled the heavy ops. Session capacity warnings, room re-routing, speaker no-show alerts, and translation services were all managed by autonomous agents that escalated to humans only when needed.
By Tripy's measurement, AOS reduced the on-the-ground operations team's workload by approximately 75 percent compared to a traditional event of comparable size. The ops team spent their time on hospitality and judgment calls — not on Slack chasing logistics.
What Made WTS Different
