Tripy Joins LvlUp Labs
We’re pleased to share that Tripy is officially joining LvlUp Labs, becoming part of the LvlUp Ventures ecosystem as we enter an important new phase of our journey. This is more than another accelerator announcement for us.
It is an opportunity to work alongside one of the world’s most active venture ecosystems, connect with founders, investors and strategic partners, and explore what we can build together — an AI-native travel platform built from MENA for the world.
Why LvlUp Ventures Matters for MENA Startups
One thing that stood out to us throughout our engagement with LvlUp was the speed and quality of their scouting and ecosystem.
LvlUp Ventures says it has backed 1,000+ startups globally, operates 10+ funds and programs, and supports founders across stages from idea to scale. Its investment platform currently spans pre-seed through later-stage opportunities, alongside acceleration programs and a broad Innovation Alliance.
But what mattered more to us was experiencing that ecosystem from the founder side. In roughly two weeks, we went from engagement and diligence to becoming part of the Labs community. That pace was refreshing.
And it highlighted something we have experienced repeatedly while building Tripy in MENA: access to risk capital and early-stage funding is still one of the biggest constraints facing ambitious founders in the region.
MENA has made enormous progress. Governments, sovereign institutions, corporations and investors are increasingly supporting entrepreneurship and innovation. But the gap between a promising founder and the right early-stage capital, strategic network and global market access still exists. That is why we’re particularly excited to see LvlUp building directly in the region.
From Dubai to the World
Earlier this year, LvlUp launched its MENA Global Investment Hub in Dubai, positioning it as a bridge between regional startups and its global capital, partnerships and ecosystem. The hub currently focuses on connecting MENA founders with global investors, strategic partners and scaling infrastructure across the region and internationally.
For Tripy, that alignment is particularly relevant. We’re building from Dubai, but we are not building only for Dubai. Our ambition is to build an AI-native travel platform for MENA and eventually the world — bringing discovery, planning, commerce, [experiences](https://tripy.ae/attractions) and travel services together in a fundamentally different way. More on who we are: [About Tripy](https://tripy.ae/about).
Building the Future of AI-Native Travel
Tripy started with a simple question: what would travel look like if AI was not added to the experience, but designed into it from the beginning?
We believe AI will fundamentally change how people discover destinations, plan journeys, make decisions, navigate experiences and interact with the world around them. That means travel won’t simply become more efficient — it can become more personal, more contextual and more experiential. You can try it today with [Atlas 5.1](https://tripy.ae/trip-builder), our AI trip planner.
Our mission remains simple: to delight the next generation of travellers with experiences that go beyond exploration and commerce.
Beyond Travel Booking and Commerce
At the same time, we are now finalizing our enterprise and government products, with the objective of taking the technology beyond the consumer experience and into the wider travel and tourism ecosystem. We are building toward scale.
The Next Chapter for Tripy
Our time with LvlUp Labs will be about much more than fundraising. It is about sharpening the business, accelerating distribution, building strategic partnerships, learning from other exceptional founders and opening Tripy to a much broader global network.
We’re especially grateful to the LvlUp team and the people who have helped make this possible, including Aaron Golbin, Jessica Lane and the wider MENA team. It has been great to see a global venture platform putting real infrastructure on the ground in MENA.
There is still a lot to build. And while San Francisco still has an undeniable edge when it comes to venture density, capital and technology networks, we believe MENA has the ingredients to become one of the most important places to build the next generation of global companies. We want Tripy to be one of them.
Looking for Strategic Partners
As we move into our next phase, we’re actively looking to connect with travel and tourism groups, airlines and hospitality companies, attractions and experience operators, government and tourism entities, strategic investors, AI and technology partners, distribution and commerce partners, and global investors interested in MENA.
If you believe the future of travel will be fundamentally changed by AI, we’d love to talk. And if you’re an early-stage founder looking for capital and ecosystem support, LvlUp is actively accepting applications through its investment platform.
