Event passes

One place to compare passes across the events Tripy features, including World Token Summit 3.0 × TheBlock. Festival in Dubai and LEAP 2026 in Riyadh. Tiers are described by what they open, so you can choose on access rather than on naming.

How pass tiers differ

Across events the pattern is consistent: entry tiers cover the main stages, mid tiers add workshops, side events and networking, and top tiers add lounge access and hospitality. Each listing spells out which of those you get, plus price and remaining availability, so there are no discoveries at the door.

Booking and check-in

Checkout issues the pass to your Tripy account immediately, with a QR code for check-in and nothing to print. Group and team bookings stay in a single order, attendee names can be filled in later, and any changes to the pass stay visible in the same place as the rest of your trip.

The trip around the pass

A conference ticket is rarely the whole cost of going. From the same account you can add flights, a hotel near the venue, airport transfers, a travel eSIM and experiences for the evenings — booked as one trip instead of five checkouts across five tabs.

Passes in your account

Every pass you buy lives in your Tripy account with its QR code, venue details and dates, so you are not searching an inbox at the door. Passes appear beside the rest of the trip — flights, hotel, experiences — which makes it obvious if an arrival time clashes with a session you paid for.

Before you buy a pass

  • Check which stages and halls the tier covers
  • Confirm whether workshops and side events are included
  • Look at what networking sits inside the ticket
  • Compare hospitality on higher tiers
  • Check remaining availability and refund terms
